A skilled personal injury attorney, Monty is a native of Oklahoma. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma and the Oklahoma City University School of Law. Since beginning his career in 1995, Monty has established himself as a respected litigation and trial attorney with a focus on truck wrecks and traumatic brain injuries. He has earned national recognition from  The National Trial Lawyers Association, including being named as Top 100 Trial Lawyers, Top 10 Trucking Lawyer, Top 25 Brain Injury Lawyer, and Top 25 Motor Vehicle Lawyer.

Additionally, Mr. Cain has earned recognition from his peers in Oklahoma, being selected to Super Lawyers, reserved for the top 2.5% of attorneys in Oklahoma. Mr. Cain has also been selected as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Cain has been involved with and won several appellate legal issues in the Oklahoma Supreme Court and Oklahoma Court of Appeals in the areas of commercial motor vehicle litigation, liquor liability claims uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, personal injury verdicts, and Governmental Tort Claims.

As a result of Mr. Cain’s experience and knowledge, he has been asked to give presentations and teach Continuing Legal Education to his fellow Oklahoma lawyers in the areas of trucking litigation and traumatic brain injury claims. Over the years, he has secured over $100 million in compensation for his clients. He is honored that so many of his past clients continue to refer their friends and family to him.

David Hilbern is a native of South Oklahoma City who has built a career as a highly successful trial attorney. After earning his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Oklahoma, David decided to devote his practice to helping those who are at their most vulnerable. For more than 15 years, he has been fighting for the rights of people who are coping with serious personal injuries, complex Social Security Disability claims, and life-changing bankruptcy cases.

Another native of Oklahoma, Rick Ellis Powell brings a broad range of experience to Cain Law. His practice areas span both civil and criminal litigation. He helps clients facing matters involving probate, family law, guardianship, bankruptcy, and personal injury. Rick earned his bachelor’s degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1975 and graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1979.

Anthony Alfonso earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He focuses his practice on personal injury but also handles matters of general civil litigation. Anthony takes pride in the fact that he spends every day helping people get their lives back on track after serious wrecks or other legal challenges.

Chris Foshee specializes in serving those with personal injury accident, family law and estate planning needs. Walter has been practicing law in the state of Oklahoma since 1979. His practice emphasis is on Social Security Disability. In 1989 – 1992 Walter served as a Municipal Judge for the City of Del City, while also maintaining his private practice. In 2013, while practicing his private practice, Walter served as a Special Municipal Court Judge.

Growing up as a kid in Sallisaw, Oklahoma Rilee Harrison always strived to end up in a profession where he could help others. “When I started college, I knew I wanted to select a career path that played to my strengths. Earning his bachelor of science degree in Criminal Justice, Parker wanted to use that degree to serve others. He immediately enrolled in Oklahoma City University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor degree in 2022.

Michael Mosca is a trial attorney who focuses on cases dealing with personal injury. Michael spent several years at insurance defense firms insured by a variety of insurance companies. He now uses the information he learned from these insurance companies to fight back for injured Oklahomans. Michael has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.

Cameron C. Torres, a proud native of Brownsville, Texas has established himself as a legal professional with a strong academic background. Cameron graduated cum laude from the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and minoring in Legal Studies. Cameron honed his skills through an internship with the Honorable Judge Arturo A. McDonald, Jr. of the Cameron County Court at Law No. 1 during his undergraduate years.
