Troopers investigate deadly single-vehicle crash on US 412 in Tulsa County

TULSA COUNTY, OK – According to News on 6, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal wreck that happened on US 412 on Feb. 28.

An 18-year-old man was heading east on US 412 when they crashed around 10:53 p.m. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt. He was pinned inside the vehicle following the collision.

Rescue crews pronounced the driver dead at the scene.

It is unclear what caused the wreck.
