Troopers investigate deadly single-vehicle crash on OK 11 near Skiatook

OSAGE COUNTY, OK – According to KTUL, one person is dead and another was hurt in a single-vehicle collision on OK 11 five miles north of Skiatook on Thursday.

A 17-year-old boy was driving a 2004 Chevy 3500 with an 18-year-old male passenger when he crashed around 11:35 p.m.

Rescue crews pronounced the driver dead at the scene and transported the passenger to an area hospital, where he was treated and released.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the wreck.
