Troopers investigate deadly 2-vehicle crash on OK 124 near Henryetta
HENRYETTA, OK – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal two-vehicle collision that occurred on OK 124, about four miles south of Henryetta, on Saturday, according to KOCO.
A 67-year-old man was driving a car north on OK 124 when he strayed into the southbound lanes and collided with a vehicle driven by a 35-year-old man heading south around 10:05 a.m.
Rescue crews pronounced both drivers dead at the scene. They transported the two passengers from the first vehicle, a 68-year-old man and a 60-year-old woman, to an area hospital. Everyone was wearing a seatbelt.
