Semi-truck driver fatally strikes man in southwest Tulsa

TULSA, OK – According to KTUL, a semi-truck driver struck and killed a man on I-44 near S 49th W Ave on Sunday.

A 30-year-old man driving a semi-truck hit a 43-year-old man around 12:57 a.m.

First responders pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene.

The semi-truck driver and his 26-year-old male passenger were not hurt in the collision.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.

 

Alleged drunk driver strikes, kills motorcyclist in southwest OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A suspected drunk driver fatally collided with a motorcyclist near SW 89th Street and S Western Ave on Saturday, according to KFOR.

A driver hit the victim around 3:15 a.m.

First responders transported the motorcyclist to an area hospital, where they died.

Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene.

Authorities arrested the driver for DUI and manslaughter.

 

Driver hits pedestrian on I-40 in Seminole County

SEMINOLE COUNTY, OK – According to FOX 25, a driver struck a pedestrian on I-40 near mile marker 200 on Sunday.

The driver hit the victim around 11:122 a.m.

Crews shut down the area to process the scene. The area was reopened around 12:11 a.m.
