Semi-truck driver fatally collides with another vehicle near Boise City
BOISE CITY, OK – One person died in a collision between an SUV and a semi-truck at US 287 and US 412 on Friday, according to KOKH.
A man was driving a 2022 Chevrolet Blazer with three passengers when he collided with a semi-truck around 1:22 a.m.
Rescue crews transported all occupants of the Blazer to an area hospital. Two of the passengers, a 1-year-old and a seven-weeks-old, were released from the hospital without injuries. The driver was admitted in stable condition. An adult passenger died at the hospital at 2:02 a.m.
The 58-year-old man driving the semi-truck was uninjured in the collision.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
