Police arrest teen suspect for hit-and-run at Slim Chicken’s in Broken Arrow
BROKEN ARROW, OK – Police have arrested a teen suspect who allegedly hit a man with his car on purpose at 1100 E. Hillside Drive on Tuesday, according to KJRH.
Preliminary details show the teen was behind the wheel of a dark gray Infiniti Q50 sedan that struck the victim, leaving him pinned him between two vehicles at around 4 p.m. on May 28.
Rescue crews transported the victim to an area hospital in critical condition.
Investigators believe the incident was the product of road rage between two strangers.
The teen, who was arrested, faces charges of “assault with a deadly weapon and leaving the scene of an accident involving injury.”
Officials have not released the suspect’s name because he is a minor.
