News: Troopers investigate deadly single-vehicle crash near Magnum
MANGUM, OK – According to KOCO, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal single-vehicle collision that happened at US 283 and N 1960 Rd on Sunday.
A 79-year-old woman was driving a Ford Ranger north on US 283 when she failed to negotiate a curve before overcorrecting and rolling over multiple times around 1:30 p.m. The driver was ejected from the vehicle during the crash.
Rescue crews pronounced the driver dead at the scene and transported her passenger, a 75-year-old woman, to an area hospital in critical condition.
