Man pleads guilty to fatal crash near Brittany Estates

TULSA, OK – According to KTUL, a man pleaded guilty to causing a deadly crash that took the life of a 15-year-old girl near E 121st St S and S Yale Ave on Oct. 17, 2023.

The driver ran a stop sign and hit a Honda heading west on E 12s1st St S. The Honda was then hit by a truck.

Emergency crews extricated the 15-year-old girl from the Honda and transported her to an area hospital, where she died.

Authorities charged the driver with Negligent Homicide by Motor Vehicle.

The driver pleaded guilty to the charge on Wednesday.
