Driver dies following single-vehicle wreck on Turner Tpke near Stroud

STROUD, OK – A driver died in a single-vehicle collision on the Turner Tpke, around 1.5 miles east of Stroud, on Wednesday, according to KTUL.

A 26-year-old man was heading west on the Turner Tpke when he strayed off the right of the road and hit an embankment before rolling over around 11 p.m. The driver was ejected from his vehicle during the crash. He was not wearing a seatbelt.

First responders pronounced the driver dead at the scene. Nobody else was involved in the wreck.
