Driver dies following single-vehicle crash on OK 9 in Hughes County
HUGHES COUNTY, OK – A driver died in a single-vehicle collision on OK 9 on Thursday, according to KOKH.
A 75-year-old man was driving a 2006 Chevrolet pickup truck when he strayed off the left side of the road, hit a culvert, and rolled over around 8:49 a.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the driver dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
