Driver collides with boy riding bicycle in Del City

DEL CITY, OK – A driver hit and injured a boy riding a bicycle near SE 15th St and S Bryant Ave earlier this month, according to News 9.

Authorities believe the driver, a 28-year-old woman, may have been smoking marijuana and texting when she struck the boy. They have issued an arrest warrant for her. She had her three kids in the car with her during the collision.

Following the collision, rescue crews transported the boy to an area hospital.
