Dog causes driver to slam into power pole on 21st St

TULSA, OK – A Chihuahua and a driver were hurt after the driver collided with a power pole on 21st St on Thursday, according to KTUL.

The dog jumped on the driver’s lap while he was driving, causing him to plow into a power pole around 1:30 a.m.

First responders arrived on the scene to find the driver complaining of chest pain and the dog unresponsive.

The Chihuahua regained consciousness as paramedics began treating the dog.

Rescue crews transported the man to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
