Authorities respond to collision on W Edmond Rd in Edmond

OKLAHOMA COUNTY, OK – A vehicle accident was reported Friday morning, May 31, near Scooter’s Coffee in central Edmond, according to TTN Oklahoma City.

The collision unfolded on West Edmond Road at South Fretz Avenue. It was first reported by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation at 8:55 a.m.


As of this writing, officials have not released any details about the circumstances of the incident, but at least part of the intersection remained blocked for over 30 minutes.

By 9:30 a.m., crews had cleared the scene and all lanes were reopened to the public.
