2 men charged with first-degree manslaughter for deadly street racing crash in Moore

MOORE, OK – Two men are charged for a fatal street racing crash that killed a woman near SW 19th St SB and I-35 on June 8th, according to KFOR.

One suspect was driving a red Mustang GT at high speeds on the inside shoulder of I-35 when he hit the barrier wall and lost control of his vehicle. The collision caused a chain reaction that totaled five vehicles and took the life of a 26-year-old woman.

The other suspect operated a Dodge Charger, which landed on its roof during the collision.

The two suspects admitted to drinking before racing.

The two suspects are out on bond. They will appear in court again on July 23rd.
