Officials release more info on deadly crash near Southridge Estate
TULSA, OK – Tulsa police arrested a man for a deadly auto vs. pedestrian collision that occurred at E 71st St and S Yale Ave on Tuesday, according to FOX 23.
A 28-year-old man was driving a white Honda Accord west on 71st St when he ran a red light and was hit by a Kia Optima on the passenger’s side. The impact sent the Honda into the median, colliding with two pedestrians.
Authorities arrested the Honda driver for negligent homicide and booked him in jail.
The driver is a tribal member, so he will be prosecuted in either Federal or Tribal court.
