Road rage incident leads to fatal crash on OK 48 near Manford
CREEK COUNTY, OK – A road rage incident led to a deadly crash on OK 48 near Cramer Rd on Friday, according to News on 6.
The wreck involved a 37-year-old man driving a Jeep with one male passenger and a woman driving an SUV with four female children passengers. It occurred around 8:30 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the Jeep driver dead at the scene. They transported the passenger from the Jeep to an area hospital. Two 12 -12-year-old girls and two 11-year-old girls from the SUV were taken to the hospital, where they were treated and released.
The two men in the Jeep were not wearing their seatbelts, while the occupants of the SUV were wearing theirs.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
