Driver dies following rollover crash in the access road entrance at Metro Tech’s Aviation Campus

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A driver died in a rollover crash near Metro Tech’s Aviation Campus on Wednesday, according to KOCO.

The red sedan was allegedly involved in a carjacking that occurred around 10:50 a.m. An officer spotted the vehicle speeding before the crash happened just before 11 a.m.

Photos from the scene show a red car upside down with its roof and windows collapsed.

Officials have not released the driver’s name. It is unclear if the driver was the carjacking suspect or the sedan’s owner.
