Police chase ends with suspect crashing into multiple vehicles near Penn South
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A suspect crashed into multiple vehicles and injured five people while fleeing from deputies near S Pennsylvania Ave and SW 89th St on Tuesday, according to KFOR.
Deputies tried to pull over a 38-year-old male who was wanted for felony domestic violence and possession of stolen property when he sped off on S Pennsylvania Ave.
The suspect ran a stop sign and collided with multiple vehicles. The suspect, his 29-year-old female passenger, and three other people were hurt in the crashes.
Rescue crews transported the suspect to an area hospital. Authorities have charged him with felony eluding and assault and battery on a police officer. Deputies also arrested the suspect’s passenger on multiple outstanding warrants.
