Troopers investigate deadly crash in Sequoyah County

SEQUOYAH COUNTY, OK – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that occurred at E 1070 Rd and S 4670 Rd on Tuesday, according to 5 News.

A 66-year-old woman crashed into another vehicle and was thrown from her vehicle around 2:21 p.m.

Rescue crews transported the woman to an area hospital, where she died.

The two men in the other vehicle were not hurt in the accident.
