Man arrested for fatal crash on County Rd 2409
BARNSDALL, OK – According to FOX 23, a man was arrested Thursday for a deadly single-vehicle crash that killed a 15-year-old boy on County Rd 2409 near County Rd 2383 on May 4.
A 36-year-old man was driving a car when it crashed around 6 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the 15-year-old dead at the scene. They transported a 21-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl to an area hospital. The man was treated and released. The girl was admitted in critical condition.
Authorities charged the driver with leaving the scene of a fatality accident, first-degree manslaughter, and child endangerment by driving under the influence.
