Driver runs stop sign, fatally collides with another vehicle on OK 11 near Blackwell

KAY COUNTY, OK – According to KOCO, a driver fatally collided with another vehicle after running a stop sign near N S St and Ok 11 on Monday.

A 2015 Toyota Scion driver was traveling on S St when they ran a stop sign and slammed into a westbound vehicle on OK 11 around 5:15 p.m.

Rescue crews pronounced the two occupants of the Scion, a 26-year-old man and a 29-year-old man, dead at the scene and transported the driver of the other vehicle to an area hospital in fair condition.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
