Police investigate deadly wreck near Overholser Park

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – The Oklahoma City Police Department is investigating a fatal crash that happened near S Overholser Rd and N County Line Rd on Sunday, according to KFOR.

A driver collided with a tree near the southern edge of Lake Overholser around 2:30 a.m.

Two people who were inside the vehicle died in the collision. Rescue crews transported an unknown number of people from inside the vehicle to an area hospital.

Authorities arrested one person. It is unclear why the person was arrested.
