Alleged drunk motorcyclist dies following crash on OK 76 in Blanchard
BLANCHARD, OK – According to KFOR, a motorcyclist died after crashing into a mailbox and highway sign on OK 76 near US 62 on Saturday.
A 23-year-old man was riding a 2014 Victory motorcycle at excessive speeds on OK 76 before midnight when he collided with a mailbox and a highway sign.
The collision ejected the rider over 21 feet from the motorcycle. He died in the wreck.
Authorities say the crash was caused by driving under the influence and speeding.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
