Troopers investigate deadly 2-vehicle crash in Warner

WARNER, OK – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal two-vehicle collision that killed a 21-year-old woman at OK 2 and Zenith on Thursday, according to FOX 23.

A 21-year-old woman was involved in a wreck with another vehicle around 4 p.m.

Rescue crews transported the 21-year-old woman to an area hospital, where she died.

The other driver was not hurt in the wreck.

It is unclear what caused the incident.
