Motorcyclist fatally strikes tree on OK 51 near Hulbert
CHEROKEE COUNTY, OK – A motorcyclist died following a single-vehicle collision on OK 51, roughly three miles west of Hulbert, on Saturday, according to FOX 23.
A 70-year-old man was riding a motorcycle east on OK 51 when he strayed off the road and slammed into a tree around 12:30 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the victim dead at the scene. He was wearing a helmet.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
