Motorcyclist dies following crash near Heronville

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to KOCO, the motorcyclist who was injured in a crash near SW 32nd St and Western Ave on Friday died in the hospital.

Officers were chasing nearly 100 motorcyclists when they called off the pursuit because of the motorcyclist’s reckless driving. One of the motorcyclists then crashed.

Rescue crews transported the injured motorcyclist to an area hospital, where they died.

Officials have not released the motorcyclist’s name.
