Troopers investigate deadly head-on collision in Pottawatomie County near Bethel Acres

POTTAWATOMIE COUNTY, OK – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash that happened on OK 9 near Drummond Rd on Sunday, according to KOCO.

A driver strayed into oncoming traffic and slammed into another vehicle head-on around 5:40 p.m.

Emergency crews extricated the two drivers, Charlotte Zierke, 44, and Juan Jeronimo, 19. They both died in the collision.
