Police pursuit ends in injury accident on the Will Rogers Tpke near Verdigris

VERDIGRIS, OK – According to News on 6, a police pursuit ended in a crash that injured four people on the Will Rogers Tpke EB on Tuesday.

Officers spotted a stolen car in Berryhill and began pursuing the vehicle. The suspects headed east on the Will Rogers Tpke.

Troopers from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol were called to help in the chase. The troopers performed a tactical maneuver on the suspect’s vehicle, causing them to crash in a wooded area.

Rescue crews transported all four occupants of the suspect vehicle to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Officials have not identified the four people in the suspect’s vehicle.
