Driver fatally crashes into North Canadian River
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to KOCO, one person died in a deadly single-vehicle collision in west Oklahoma City early Friday morning.
A driver was speeding when they went off a bridge on Reno Avenue between South Morgan Road and South Council Road and landed in an embankment around 2 a.m.
One of the two people in the car was ejected from the vehicle. That person died. The condition of the other occupant is unknown.
The Oklahoma City Police Department is investigating the incident.
Teen hurt in pedestrian collision in Moore
MOORE, OK – A teen was hurt in a pedestrian collision in Moore Friday morning, according to KOCO.
A driver struck the teen near Northwest 5th Street and North Dallas Avenue.
The teen suffered a minor head injury.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
1 hurt in motorcycle crash near downtown Oklahoma City
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to KOCO, one person was hurt in a motorcycle collision near downtown Oklahoma City Thursday night.
A motorcyclist crashed into a pole at North Douglas Avenue and Northwest 1st Street around 9:15 p.m.
First responders transported the motorcyclist to an area hospital.
The Oklahoma City Police Department is investigating the incident.
At least 1 hurt in crash near College Park
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was hurt in a collision near College Park Friday afternoon, according to the Response and Accident Tracker.
The accident occurred at West Hefner Road and North Hudson Avenue around 12:55 p.m.
The cause of the incident is under investigation.
Paramedics respond to injury accident near Stone Meadows
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to the Response and Accident Tracker, first responders were called to the scene of an accident with injury near Stone Meadows Friday afternoon.
Dispatchers received calls concerning a collision at Southwest 164th Street and Keely Lane around 1:05 p.m.
Officials have not provided more information.
Auto accident disrupts traffic in Yukon
YUKON, OK – A car accident in Yukon blocked traffic Friday morning, according to TTN Oklahoma City.
Emergency crews were called to the accident site at John Kilpatrick Turnpike eastbound and Northwest 122nd Street around 8:35 a.m.
It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the collision.
