Driver strikes, kills man on US 69 near Shady Grove

SHADY GROVE, OK – According to KTUL, a driver fatally collided with a man on US 69 near Shady Grove Road on March 6.

A 25-year-old man was working on his disabled vehicle on the shoulder when he stepped into traffic around 10:27 and was hit by a 25-year-old woman.

First responders pronounced the man dead at the scene.

The driver and her four-year-old female passenger were not hurt.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.

 

1 injured following 2-vehicle crash near College Park

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – One person was hurt in a two-vehicle collision on Broadway Extension Southbound near West Hefner Road on Wednesday, according to News 9.

The two drivers collided around 3 a.m.

First responders transported one person to an area hospital. Their current condition is unknown.

The Oklahoma City Police Department is investigating the incident.

 

Semi-truck crash clogs traffic on Will Rogers Turnpike in Mayes County

Will Rogers Turnpike near mile marker 274 on Friday.

A semi-truck rolled over and blocked the east and westbound lanes of the Will Rogers Turnpike.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the incident.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.

 

Wreck reported near Carverdale

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A crash was reported at Northeast 10th Street and Northeast Grand Boulevard on Wednesday, according to TTN Oklahoma City.

The incident happened around 8:50 a.m.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.

 

Emergency crews respond to crash near Remington

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to TTN Oklahoma City, first responders were called to the scene of an accident at West Memorial Rd and North Meridian Ave on Wednesday.

Dispatchers received calls concerning the incident around 8:50 a.m.

Officials have not provided more information.

 

Auto accident disrupts traffic near Uptown Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A crash blocked traffic at Northwest 49th Sreet and North Blackwelder Avenue on Wednesday, according to TTN Oklahoma City.

Emergency crews were called to the scene around 7:55 a.m.
