Driver loses consciousness, fatally collides with another vehicle on OK 20 near Jay
JAY, OK – According to KOCO, a driver collided head-on with another vehicle after losing consciousness on OK 20, about 9.5 miles north of Jay, on Saturday.
A 65-year-old man was driving a pickup truck north on OK 20 when he strayed into the southbound lanes and hit an SUV around 5:15 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the 65-year-old man dead at the scene. A 56-year-old male passenger from the pickup truck was hospitalized.
First responders transported the SUV driver and their passenger, a 2-year-old girl, to an area hospital.
Everyone involved in the wreck was wearing a seatbelt.
The road was wet at the time of the collision.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A person died in a collision at I-44 SB and I-40 WB on Sunday, according to KOCO.
The wreck occurred around 9 p.m. One person died, and one person was injured.
Officials have not released the victims’ names.

Troopers investigate deadly 2-vehicle Seminole County crash
SEMINOLE COUNTY, OK – According to KOCO, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal two-vehicle collision that occurred near OK 99 and EW 141 Rd on Sunday.
The two vehicles collided around 6:30 a.m.
First responders pronounced a 35-year-old man dead at the scene and transported an 18-year-old man to an area hospital by helicopter.
It is unclear what caused the incident.
Crash on Rockwell Ave injures at least 1 person
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was hurt in a wreck at 11299 N Rockwell Ave on Monday, according to the Response and Accident Tracker.
The collision was reported to authorities around 7:37 a.m.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
Emergency crews respond to wreck near Mayridge
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to TTN Oklahoma City, first responders were called to the scene of an accident at I-44 EB and SW 59th St on Monday.
Dispatchers received calls concerning the incident around 7:55 a.m.
Officials have not provided more information.

GOLDSBY, OK – A crash blocked traffic at I-35 SB and E Ladd Rd on Monday, according to TTN Oklahoma City.
Emergency crews were called to the scene around 5:55 a.m.
