Troopers investigate deadly single-vehicle collision on I-40 near Henryetta

OKMULGEE COUNTY, OK – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash that occurred on I-40 near Henryetta on Friday, according to FOX 23.

A 37-year-old woman was driving east on I-40 when she crashed around 5 p.m.

First responders transported the woman to an area hospital, where she died.

Nobody else was hurt in the incident.

It is unclear what caused the wreck.
