Police ask for help in locating hit-and-run driver who ran over bicyclist near Briarwood Estates

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – The Oklahoma City Police Department is asking for help in investigating a fatal hit-and-run collision that occurred at N Rockwell Ave and Melrose Ln on Sept. 20, according to FOX 25.

The driver of a black Chevrolet Colorado hit a 47-year-old male bicyclist around 4:40 a.m.

First responders transported the bicyclist to an area hospital, where he died a few days later.

Authorities urge anyone with information concerning the incident to contact Crime Stoppers.
