Actos

Fetanyl (Duragesic) was sold by Ortho, McNeil, Jenssen Pharmaceutical. Fetanyl patch was commonly used as a powerful pain medication. Fentanyl is Eighty One times stronger than morphine. Reglan

Topamax has been the subject of a warning by the FDA, stating that the drug can cause cleft palate and other oral birth defects. These harmful birth defects can cause permanent damage and disability for a child.

Effexor

Effexor is the brand name of venlafaxine, an antidepressant first sold by Wyeth and now sold by Pfizer. Effexor has been shown to cause a number of severe and dangerous birth defects, including abdominal birth defects, anal atresia, heart defects, craniosynostosis, pulmonary stenosis, limb defects and genital defects.

Lexapro

The antidepressant Lexapro also escitalopran has been linked to a number of severe birth defects, including abdominal defects. Manufactured by Forest Laboratories.

Zoloft

Zoloft has been linked to a number of severe birth defects. Sertaline is Zolofts generic form.
