STROUD, OK – Fire crews and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation reopened all lanes on Turner Turnpike following a fiery big rig collision in Stroud on Friday, a KOCO update reveals.

The crash occurred when two big rigs collided on the westbound lanes and caught on fire.
Officials shut down all the eastbound lanes as well to accommodate the scene clean-up process.

Traffic delays extended for several miles on the turnpike during the closures as crews worked to restore safe road conditions.

At this time, authorities have not specified how the collision unfolded or whether anyone was injured.

Officials dispatched to truck rollover crash in Orlando amid winter storm

ORLANDO, OK – Officials were dispatched to the scene of a truck rollover crash that occurred in Orlando on Sunday during the weekend winter storm that swept over most of the U.S.

According to a KOCO report, it appears that a truck overturned several times on the southbound I-35 before landing on top of a car.

Authorities did not specify the events leading up to the crash or say if anyone was injured.

1 injured in traffic crash in Northwest OKC

NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – One person was injured in a traffic crash that happened outside of Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School on Monday.

The collision occurred at the intersection of Northwest 50th Street and North Western Avenue, News9 reports. First responders pulled up to the scene after 7 a.m. and treated one person for injuries before taking them to a hospital for additional treatment.

Authorities are actively working to determine the exact cause of the collision.

Medical episode was factor in crash that sent driver to hospital in Moore  

MOORE, OK – A driver was sent to a hospital after suffering a medical episode and crashing their vehicle into a tree on Monday, OKCFOX said.  

The solo-vehicle collision occurred in the area of NE 13th Street and Bryant, which is just outside the Moore Fire Department Station 4. 

First responders said the driver is in stable condition and reported no other vehicles involved. 

OK DOT dispatched to vehicle accident along Native Plains Park

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – The Oklahoma Department of Transportation was dispatched to the scene of a vehicle accident that took place outside of Native Plains Park on Monday.

The crash occurred after 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Northwest 164th Street, according to Total Traffic Network’s Oklahoma City.

Authorities have not specified the number of people and vehicles involved, stated the cause of the crash, or said whether anyone was injured.
