Troopers investigate fatal head-on collision near Woodward

WOODWARD COUNTY, OK – According to News 9, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly two-vehicle collision that occurred at East County Road 31 and South County Road 207 on Saturday.

First responders pronounced one driver, a 41-year-old man, dead at the scene and transported his 14-year-old passenger to an area hospital in serious condition.

Crews treated and released the other driver at the scene.

Nobody was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the wreck.

 

Semi-truck crash snarls traffic in northeast Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A semi-truck wreck snarled traffic at Interstate 35 and Interstate 44 Sunday morning, according to KOKH.

At least one person was hurt in the collision.

Officials urge drivers to find alternate routes.

Driver collides with man, dog before causing another wreck in south Tulsa

TULSA, OK – According to FOX 23, a driver allegedly caused multiple crashes near West 71st Street South and South Elwood Avenue Saturday afternoon.

The driver of a white minivan hit a man and his dog outside of a crosswalk around 1 p.m. The dog died in the crash, and first responders transported the man to an area hospital in critical condition.

Following the initial collision, the driver reportedly tried to leave the scene and was speeding when they rear-ended another vehicle waiting at the red light near West 71st Street South and South Olympia Avenue. The struck vehicle hit the vehicle in front of it, colliding with the vehicle in front of it.

Paramedics transported the driver who caused the collisions to an area hospital in critical condition.

The Tulda Police Department is investigating the incident.

 

Wreck reported in southwest Oklahoma City.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A crash was reported at Northwest Expressway eastbound and North MacArthur Boulevard Monday morning, according to TTN Oklahoma City.

The incident occurred around 7:55 a.m.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.

 

Emergency crews respond to Del City crash

DEL CITY, OK – According to TTN Oklahoma City, first responders were called to the scene of an accident on South Sooner Road near Southeast 29th Street Monday morning.

Dispatchers received calls concerning the incident around 7:55 a.m.

Officials have not provided additional details.

 

Auto accident disrupts traffic near Wingspread

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A crash blocked traffic at Southwest 89th Street and South May Avenue Monday morning, according to TTN Oklahoma City.

Emergency crews were called to the scene around 7:45 a.m.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the collision.
