Troopers investigate deadly single-vehicle crash on I-35 in Love County

LOVE COUNTY, OK – According to FOX 25, one person died in a single-vehicle collision on I-35 in Love County on Monday night.

The driver of a 2011 Honda Civic hydroplaned and went off the road. They then struck a sign and went down an embankment.

First responders transported a 25-year-old man from the car to an area hospital, where he died from a head injury.

The driver and the other passenger were not hurt in the wreck.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
