TULSA, OK – According to News on 6, a driver struck and killed a woman near East 71st Street and South Lewis Avenue Wednesday morning.

The victim was crossing the street outside of a crosswalk when she stepped in front of a vehicle and was hit.

First responders transported the woman to an area hospital, where she died.

Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.

Semi-truck overturns near Cloverleaf

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK  – A semi-truck rolled over in the grassy area near the off-ramp from westbound Interstate 240 to southbound Interstate 35 on Wednesday morning, according to KOCO.

The crash briefly blocked the off-ramp. It was cleared as of 7 a.m.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the incident.

Driver hits pedestrian on Interstate 40 near Hurricane Harbor

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to KOCO, a driver struck a pedestrian near Interstate 40 and Meridian Avenue on Tuesday.

The driver hit the victim around 11:10 p.m.

First responders took the victim to an area hospital. The extent of their injuries is unknown.

Crews shut down the area for about two hours to process the scene.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was hurt in a crash at 13425 North MacArthur Boulevard on Wednesday, according to the Response and Accident Tracker.

The incident was reported to authorities at 6 p.m.
