TULSA, OK – According to FOX 23, one person died after an alleged drunk driver slammed into a building near East 15th Street and South Sheridan Road Friday morning.

The driver was heading east on East 15th Street at over 90 mph when he plowed into a building. The vehicle then caught fire.

First responders transported the driver and passenger to area hospitals, where the passenger died. The driver suffered a broken leg.

Authorities believe the driver was impaired because of his smell and the evidence found in the car.

The Tulsa Police Department is investigating the incident.

 

1 dead, 3 injured in Creek County rollover collision

CREEK COUNTY, OK – One person is dead and three others are hurt following a rollover crash near  417th West Avenue and 151st Street South Thursday afternoon, according to FOX 23.

The driver of a 1994 Chevrolet 1500 was heading south on 417th West Avenue near 151st Street when they strayed off the roadway and rolled over twice before coming to rest on its top in a field around 1:30 p.m.

A 21-year-old man and another passenger were ejected from the vehicle during the crash.

First responders transported the 21-year-old man to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The driver and two other passengers were hospitalized. One of them had serious injuries.

Collision causes traffic jam on Interstate 44 near Will Rogers International Airport

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to KOCO, an auto accident snarled traffic on southbound Interstate 44 near Interstate 240 on Friday.

At least one person in the crash suffered minor injuries.

The incident caused traffic to back up to Airport Road.

It is unclear what caused the wreck.

 

Crash near Glen Eagles injures at least 1 person

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was hurt in a wreck at northbound North Pennsylvania Avenue and eastbound West Memorial Road Friday afternoon, according to the Response and Accident Tracker.

The incident was reported to the authorities at approximately 2:09 p.m.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.

 

Wreck reported near Midtown

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to TTN Oklahoma City, a collision was reported at Northwest 11th Street and North Harvey Avenue on Friday.

The incident occurred around 3:50 p.m.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – First responders were called to a crash at Northeast 10th Street and Interstate 235 Friday afternoon, according to TTN Oklahoma City.

Dispatchers received calls concerning the incident around 3:25 p.m.
