OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A building in Oklahoma City was significantly damaged in a collision reported on Tuesday, according to OKCFOX. 

For reasons unclear, the driver of a vehicle left the road and slammed into the building. Oklahoma fire crews helped stabilize the building and cleaned up debris leftover from the crash. 

It is unclear if the driver was injured. At this time, officials have not reported any citations or provided the exact crash location. 

The Village PD search for suspects in connection with hit-and-run 

THE VILLAGE, OK – The Village police are currently searching for suspects in connection with a hit-and-run that happened early on Wednesday. 

The crash occurred around 3:30 a.m. off Hefner Road and Western Ave, KOCO reports. A female homeowner shared video footage with KOCO that shows a black sedan ramming into a white pickup truck on her driveway. The white pickup truck then proceeded to hit a red pickup truck parked next to it. The two suspects fled the scene on foot. 

The Village police said they were pursuing the black sedan because the two suspects had reportedly stolen it. 

The suspects remain at large. No injuries have been reported. 

Heavy traffic delays reported on U.S. 19 in Collinsville due to head-on crash

COLLINSVILLE, OK – Heavy traffic delays were reported on U.S. 19 North along the Caney River due to a head-on crash that happened on Friday.

Newson6 said officials have not confirmed how the crash unfolded or if anyone was injured.

While the delays lingered, a separate incident took place. Rogers County deputies and Oklahoma Highway Patrol were tending to the scene of a separate crash when hay, located under a vehicle, caught on fire.

Officials worked to extinguish the flames from that vehicle. No one, including law enforcement, was injured.

Driver killed in rollover collision near Fletcher

NEAR FLETCHER, OK – A driver was killed in a rollover collision that happened on an icy road around 6 a.m. on Monday, KOCO reports.

Preliminary details show that a 21-year-old adult was driving west on the H.E. Bailey Turnpike and lost control of their vehicle due to the icy road conditions. They drifted off the road, and their vehicle turned several times.

The 21-year-old adult did not wear a seatbelt and died from their injuries.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the driver was from Chickasha.

OK-DOT blocks portion of I-35 North in SE OKC due to vehicle accident

SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Oklahoma Department of Transportation blocked a portion of I-35 North due to a Wednesday morning vehicle accident.

Total Traffic Network’s Oklahoma City first reported the crash at 8:15 a.m., and said crews closed the right lane on the interstate just along exit 123 at Southeast 44th Street.

Traffic delays could be seen towards I-240 as crews worked to clean up debris from the crash and as first responders rendered aid to the involved occupant(s).

Officials did not specify how the collision unfolded, how many people and vehicles were involved, or whether anyone was injured. Updates will be added after our team learns more.

First responders summoned to traffic crash along Will Rogers Garden 

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – First responders were dispatched to the scene of a traffic crash that occurred along Will Rogers Garden on Wednesday.

The collision happened around 8:30 a.m. at the intersection of North Grand Boulevard, south of Northwest 36th Street, according to Total Traffic Network’s Oklahoma City.

Officials are actively working to determine how the vehicle accident unfolded and have not reported any injuries or citations.
