Officials release more info on deadly Payne County crash

PAYNE COUNTY, OK – According to KOKH, officials have provided more details on a deadly crash that occurred on OK 33 near S Country Club Rd on Tuesday.

A 19-year-old man was driving east on OK 33 when he strayed into the westbound lanes and hit a Ram PK operated by a 41-year-old man around 1:30 p.m.

The 19-year-old man was trapped in his vehicle for around two hours before being pronounced dead at the scene.

First responders transported the Ram PK driver to an area hospital.

 

Driver fatally collides with pedestrian near Lortondale

TULSA, OK – A driver struck and killed a pedestrian on the Broken Arrow Expy near S Yale Ave on Thursday, according to KTUL.

First responders pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

Officials have not released the victim’s name.

The wreck caused significant traffic delays in the area.

 

Driver hits, injured child heading to bus stop in Stillwater

STILLWATER, OK – According to KOCO, a driver struck and injured an 8-year-old boy on his way to a bus stop on Monday.

The driver hit the boy around 7:17 a.m.

First responders transported the boy to an area hospital with a fractured femur and fractured growth plate. He is now in a cast up to his thigh.

Authorities have not charged the driver who hit the boy because the bus stop sign was not out.

 

Wreck reported near North Coronado Heights

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A crash was reported at Portland Ave NB and NW Expressway on Friday, according to TTN Oklahoma City.

The incident happened around 8:05 a.m.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.

 

Emergency crews respond to crash near Ski Island Lake

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to TTN Oklahoma City, first responders were called to the scene of an accident at MacArthur Blvd NB and W Hefner Rd on Friday.

Dispatchers received calls concerning the incident around 8 a.m.

Officials have not provided more details.

Auto accident blocks traffic in north OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A wreck disrupted traffic on Broadway Extension SB near 63rd St on Thursday, according to TTN Oklahoma City.

Emergency crews responded to the crash around 8:25 a.m.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the collision.
