Man dies following 3-vehicle collision involving 2 semi-trucks on OK 78 near Kemp

BRYAN COUNTY, OK – According to KXII, one person died in a three-vehicle collision involving three vehicles on OK 78, around three miles north of Kemp, on Wednesday morning.

A 23-year-old man was driving behind a semi-truck when he attempted to pass the truck and was struck by an oncoming semi-truck. The 23-year-old’s car was then hit by the semi-truck he was passing.

First responders pronounced the 23-year-old dead at the scene.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
