HENDRIX, OK – A man was arrested for DUI after operating a tractor and crashing into a home on Yarnaby Road on Friday, KXII reports. 

A neighbor told the source that the events unfolded when the man tried to jump-start the tractor. He exited the tractor and left it in gear while trying to start it. Moments later, it went forward and crashed through a wired fence and a house. 

The man was highly intoxicated and arrested by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. He was also wanted for burglary. 

As for the home, a large hole can be seen on the side of the house, and the fence was seen face down. Leftover debris was also evident. 

No injuries were reported. 

Man killed in motorcycle collision at I-40, Robinson Ave. in OKC 

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A man was killed in a motorcycle collision that happened at the I-40 and Robinson Avenue connector Monday night.

Oklahoma City police told KOCO that around 7 p.m., the man, operating a motorcycle, had crashed into a barrier wall. He died from his injuries at the scene.

Police did not disclose the victim’s age and place of residence, nor did they say what caused him to crash into the barrier.

 

Woman hospitalized following hit-and-run crash in Northwest OKC 

NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A woman was sent to a local hospital following a hit-and-run crash that occurred in Northwest Oklahoma City on Tuesday. 

According to KOCO, the hit-and-run suspect was driving a blue SUV when they rear-ended another vehicle at the intersection of Northwest 36th Street and North May Avenue. The SUV driver immediately fled the scene. 

EMS crews rushed the woman to a hospital for treatment. Her physical condition is unknown. 

This hit-and-run crash occurred before 5 a.m., and a separate hit-and-run collision happened after 5 a.m. in the area of Reno Avenue and Mustang Road in Southwest Oklahoma. 

Law enforcement did not specify what the suspects looked like for each hit-and-run. 

OKC PD summoned to multi-vehicle wreck near Deer Creek Plant 

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Oklahoma City police were called to the scene of a multi-vehicle wreck south of the Deer Creek Plant on the outskirts of OKC on Tuesday. 

The collision occurred in the area of Northwest 192nd Street and Portland Avenue and significantly damaged at least one vehicle, according to KOCO

Traffic resumed as crews worked to clean up debris from the crash and remove the impacted vehicles. 

As of this writing, police did not specify how the collision unfolded or whether anyone was injured. 

Traffic delays reported toward Choctaw Rd. due to crash on I-40 in OKC 

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Traffic delays were reported toward Choctaw Road due to a crash that happened on I-40 West near I-240 on Tuesday. 

Total Traffic Network’s OKC said the collision occurred around 7:30 a.m. The exact cause of the crash was not disclosed.

At least 1 injured in vehicle accident in OKC’s Edgewater

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was injured in a vehicle accident that happened in the Edgewater/Lakepoint area on Tuesday.

OKC’s Response & Accident Tracker reported the crash at 8:43 a.m., saying it took place at the Lake Hefner Parkway and 63rd Street intersection.

Officials have not specified the extent of injuries or confirmed the exact cause of the crash.
