Driver hits young girl near Shields-Davis
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A driver struck and injured a young girl who was crossing the street with her teenage brother near SE 59th St and S Shields Blvd on Saturday, according to KOCO.
The driver of a pickup truck hit the girl around 3:10 p.m.
First responders transported the girl to an area hospital with broken teeth and a scratched leg. Her brother and the driver were not hurt.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with police. They had the right-of-way at the time of the wreck.
