Driver fatally strikes tree on US 62 near Henryetta

HENTRYETTA, OK – According to FOX 23, two men died following a single-vehicle collision on US 62 near Henryetta on Thursday.

A 24-year-old man was driving west on US 62 when he strayed off the road and slammed into a tree around 12:30 a.m. A 32-year-old male passenger was thrown six feet away from the vehicle.

First responders pronounced both men dead at the scene.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.

 

Driver strikes, kills man near downtown Tulsa

TULSA, OK – A driver fatally collided with a man at I-244 NB and W Archer St on Saturday, according to FOX 23.

The driver hit a 60-year-old man.

First responders transported the man to an area hospital, where he died.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.

 

Pedestrian fatally struck by driver in south Tulsa

TULSA, OK – According to FOX 23, a driver fatally collided with a pedestrian near E 88th St and S Delaware Ave on Thursday morning.

A man in his late 70s told officers that he did not see the 67-year-old as he was pulling out of a parking lot in a Dodge pickup truck and hit him around 9 a.m.

First responders pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

The incident is under investigation by the Tulsa Police Department’s Advanced Traffic Unit. They will submit their final report to the DA’s Office.

 

Crash on N Czech Hall Rd injures at least 1 person

YUKON, OK – At least one person was hurt in a crash at 101 N Czech Hall Rd on Friday, according to the Response and Accident Tracker

The incident was reported to authorities around 7:45 a.m.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.

 

Paramedics respond to injury accident near Grand Portland

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to TTN Oklahoma City, first responders were called to an accident with injury at I-44 NB and NW 36th St on Friday.

Dispatchers received calls concerning the incident around 8:25 a.m.

Officials have not provided more information.

 

Auto accident disrupts traffic in southeast OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A crash blocked traffic at I-35 NB and SE 89th St on Friday, according to TTN Oklahoma City.

Emergency crews were called to the scene around 8:15 a.m.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the collision.
