PURCELL, OK – According to KOCO, a deputy was hurt when a driver struck his pickup truck while he was working the scene of a fatal semi-truck wreck on northbound Interstate 35 near Oklahoma 74 on Sunday morning.

The deputy was helping divert traffic from Interstate 25 when he was rear-ended.

First responders transported the deputy to an area hospital with minor injuries.

It is unclear if the driver who struck the deputy’s vehicle was hurt in the collision.

 

Driver hits, kills pedestrian on US 70 in Mead.

MEAD, OK – A driver fatally collided with a man at US 70 and Ranchette Road on Saturday night, according to KOKH.

A 24-year-old man was driving a Ford Fiesta east on US 70 when he hit a 64-year-old man walking south along Ranchette Road before entering the westbound lanes of US 70 and slamming into a vehicle operated by a 58-year-old man.

First responders pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene.

The 24-year-old man was hospitalized with minor injuries.

Nobod y else was hurt in the collisions.

 

Troopers investigate fatal single-vehicle crash on US 77 in Davis

DAVIS, OK – According to KOKH, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly single-vehicle collision that occurred near US 77 and Sooner Rock Road on Saturday evening.

A 55-year-old woman was driving a Chevrolet Colorado when she strayed off the road and slammed into a tree.

First responders pronounced the driver and a boy from the vehicle dead at the scene.

A girl was hospitalized in stable condition.

 

Crash near The Oaks injures at least 1 person

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was hurt in a wreck at Pointe Place and East Memorial Road on Monday, according to the Response and Accident Tracker.

The incident was reported to the authorities at approximately 5:29 p.m.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to the Response and Accident Tracker, first responders were called to the scene of a crash at eastbound Northwest Expressway and southbound North Pennsylvania Avenue on Monday.

Dispatchers received calls about the incident at approximately 5:36 p.m.
