PRYOR, OK – According to KTUL, authorities have charged a man with manslaughter for causing a deadly crash at US 69 and 49th Street on March 26, 2024.
A 28-year-old man was driving a gold Lexus SUV when he slammed into the rear of a semi-truck that was stopped at a red light at around 2:30 p.m.
The driver’s passenger in the Lexus died from injuries sustained in the collision.
A blood test determined that the Lexus driver was under the influence of methamphetamine at the time of the wreck.
Truck driver hurt in Payne County wreck
PAYNE COUNTY, OK – A truck driver was injured in a crash at Oklahoma 18 and East 740 Road on August 10, according to KTUL.
A 21-year-old man was driving a truck when he crashed early Sunday morning.
The extent of the driver’s injuries is unknown.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
Driver hits pedestrian in north Oklahoma City
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to KOCO, a driver struck a pedestrian on N Santa Fe Ave near E Memorial Rd on Thursday.
The driver hit the victim around 5:25 a.m.
First responders transported the victim to an area hospital. The extent of their injuries is unknown.
The Oklahoma City Police Department is investigating the incident.
Crash near College Park injures at least 1 person
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was hurt in a wreck at West Hefner Road and North Western Avenue on Friday, according to the Response and Accident Tracker.
The incident was reported to authorities around 3:20 p.m.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
Emergency crews respond to wreck near Will Rogers Gardens
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to TTN Oklahoma City, first responders were called to a crash on Northwest 36th Street near Interstate 44 on Friday.
Dispatchers received calls concerning the incident around 8:15 a.m.
