Amazon truck driver fatally collides with semi-truck on I-35 in Goldsby
GOLDSBY, OK – According to KFOR, an Amazon truck driver died after they collided with a semi-truck on I-35 near mile marker 103 on Saturday.
The Amazon truck driver was speeding around 8:50 a.m. when they slammed into the back of a semi-truck and became lodged underneath it. The Amazon truck then caught on fire. The Amazon truck driver died in the crash.
Following the wreck, traffic was downgraded to one lane. Crews had the area cleared around 12:20 a.m.
Officials have not released the Amazon truck driver’s name.
The McClain County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
