MIDWEST, OK – A 21-year-old adult from Oklahoma City lost their life following a single-vehicle collision at the I-40 West and Douglas Boulevard connector on Sunday.
The crash happened around 11:30 p.m., KOCO reports. Preliminary details show that the 21-year-old adult was driving west when they drifted out of their lane and crashed into a bump.
Their vehicle went airborne, and they rammed into an overpass at Industrial Boulevard.
The adult was “partially ejected.” Moments later, they died from their injuries at the scene.
The victim was the sole occupant of their vehicle.
Person dead following motorcycle crash in West OKC
WEST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A person died from their injuries as a result of a motorcycle crash that happened in West Oklahoma City on Monday, News9 said.
The collision occurred around 10:00 p.m. in the area of Morgan Road and West Reno Avenue. EMS crews hurried to the scene and rushed the motorcyclist to a hospital, where they succumbed to their injuries.
The victim’s age and place of residence were not disclosed.
Oklahoma City police are actively working to determine how the crash unfolded.
OHP investigates deadly collision near Gotebo
NEAR GOTEBO, OK – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the details behind a deadly collision that occurred south of Gotebo on Tuesday.
According to KOCO, the vehicle accident occurred before 7:00 p.m. at the intersection of State Highway 54 and East 1380 Road.
At least one person lost their life, troopers said.
First responders shut down the north and southbound lanes temporarily to accommodate the scene clearance and overall investigation process.

Delays reported on I-35 in Moore following 3-vehicle accident
MOORE, OK – Traffic delays could be seen on I-35 North near Warren Theatre as a result of a three-vehicle accident reported before 8:00 a.m. Tuesday.
KOCO said the three vehicles were able to pull over onto the shoulder, but traffic congestion still resumed and extended toward Flood Avenue in Norman.
No injuries were reported. The exact cause of the crash was not disclosed.
